Add YouTube videos to side bar:

Step 1: Go to the Youtube site to play the video that you want to embed into your blog.You should see the following when the video is playing:

Copy the video codes displayed in the “Embed” box

Step 2: Go to your WP admin/Apperarance/Widget and Add a Text widget to your sidebar. Paste the video codes onto the Text widget and click Save Changes.

Step 1: As per step 1 above

Step 2: In your post, switch to HTML format and paste the video codes onto your post. Click Publish or Update Post as the case may be.

You can change the video width and height by adjusting the video codes.

What is GDI? As an affiliate, all you have to do is to recommend this GDI program to your friends or other people and you will be paid commissions when they sign up for the program. You will get $1 per month for any person you sign up and $1 per month for anyone signed up by your downline, five levels deep. You get the commission every month as long as any of your direct or indirect downlines continue their monthly subscriptions. There are also various bonuses, incentives, and perks for different performance achievements.

Assume that you sign up 5 persons and each of them signs up another 5 persons each and they in turn do the same and by the time it reaches the fifth level, you stand to earn $3,905  month after month. Look at the diagram below for the calculation of your potential monthly income.

1.A email system to enable you to send emails to invite your friends to view the flash movie about the GDI income generating opportunity
2. Ready made flash or animated GIFs (with your affiliate codes) are provided for you to place on your GDI website or your other sites or blogs as seen below. You will be credited with commissions for any subsequent sign ups by your site or blog visitors.

To market the GDI program, you may wish to use internet marketing strategies like traffic exchanges, classified ads, online list building services, articles marketing, blogging (free or hosted), forum marketing, leave blog comments, social sites (facebook etc.), social bookmarking sites etc. When you sign up, I will share with you on how it is done.

As you already observe, the marketing of GDI is all done through the internet and there is no need to attend or conduct nightly meetings unlike other MLM businesses.

For non-technical bloggers, the easiest way to add Adsense into your Wordpress blog is to use an Adsense plugin, rather than doing it manually.

The AdSense-Deluxe is an easy-to-use Wordpress plugin for quickly inserting Google or Yahoo! ads into different parts of your blog.

Below are the steps to add Adsense into your blog:

Step 1: Download Adsense-Deluxe plugin from the Acme Technologies Zeitgeist blog here

Step 2: Upzip the zipped Adsense-Deluxe_wp_plugin folder

Step 3: Copy the unzipped Adsense-Deluxe-wp_plugin file to your wp-content/plugins folder using your FTP program.

Step 4: Login to your WordPress admin panel, go to “plugins” and activate the Adsense-Deluxe plugin

Step 5: Still in your Wordpress admin panel, click the “settings/AdsenseDeluxe link to access your “Options for Adsense Deluxe Plugin screen below:

Step 6: In the Options for AdSense-Deluxe plugin screen, click “(Add New)”. In the “New AdSense Block” box, type the name of your Adsense Block. For example, you may type your new block as “bottom post” (to identify the location (bottom of post) of your Adsense code) and click the “Add Adsense Block” button. The Adsense Blocks name box will then display the following generated code: <!–adsense#bottom_post–>. Note: You need to copy this code and place them to a location (either your post or sidebar) which you want the Adsense advertisement to appear (see Step 7 below).

You can add additional blocks by naming your block e.g. “sidebar banner” to identify another location which you want to place your Adsense codes. Please see the “Adsense Deluxe Instructions” which is displayed at the bottom of the above screen (not displayed here).

Step 7: To place the “generated code” to your post, copy the same and place them to your preferred location of your post (for this action, you must toggle to the “HTML” option and not the “Visual” option ). If you want to add the “generated code” to your sidebar, you need to create a “Text” widget first and place the “generated code” there. Save the changes.

Step 8: Click “View Blog” and you should see your Adsense advertisement.

Step 1: Go to https://www.google.com/adsense/login/en_US/?gsessionid=rXNc06PGzks

Step 2: Complete the Adsense application form. Google will ask for the name of your website. If you do not have any, I would suggest that your sign up for an account with blogspot.com and obtain your Adsense account through that site. Once you have a blogspot account (e.g. myownwebsite.blogspot.com), you will be able to access their “Dashboard” screen in order to sign up for their Adsense service.

Step 3: Submit your Adsense application. It may take a day or two for your application to be approved. Once your application is approved, Google will inform you through email of the approval which will provide a link to access your Adsense account. With this link, you will be able to log on to your Adsense account which will provide you with your Adsense Publisher ID. You will also use this screen to generate the necessary Adsense codes which you need to insert into your website or blog in order to display the Adsense ads.
